Visit three spectacular cities under UNESCO protection in Croatia: Ljubljana, the green capital of Slovenia, the Old Town of Budva in Montenegro, the colourful Albanian capital Tirana, and charming Skopje, in Macedonia. This six-country tour takes you to all the cultural gems of the region for an experience unlike any other.
 
Zagreb– Ljubljana - Plitvice Lakes – Split - Dubrovnik– Tirana - Ohrid – Skopje Kolasin – Dubrovnik
 
Day 1: Zagreb (D)
Arrive in Zagreb and transfer to your hotel.
 
Day 2: Zagreb – Bled – Ljubljana (B/D)
Half-day morning city tour of Zagreb. The beautiful capital city of the Republic of Croatia is an old Central European city with 900 years of documented history. Later depart for Slovenia.
 
Day 3: Ljubljana – Plitvice Lakes National Park (B/D)
Proceed for a morning city tour of Ljubljana, home to one of the oldest philharmonics in the world. Later depart for the Plitvice Lakes national park with high forested mountains featuring a string of 16 beautiful lakes.
 
Day 4: Plitvice Lakes – Trogir – Split (B/D)
Today depart for Trogir, a living museum, drive to Split, an incredible 1,700year-old city. On arrival start the city tour that gives you the chance to admire the world-famous Diocletian’s Palace.
 
Day 5: Split – Mostar – Dubrovnik (B/D)
Depart for Dubrovnik via Bosnia & Herzegovina.  Make a short stop in Mostar and then proceed for Dubrovnik. On arrival proceed for the city tour and visit Franciscan monastery, 15th-century Rector’s Palace, which today houses the Cultural History Museum and later Roman Catholic Assumption Cathedral.
 
Day 6: Dubrovnik (B/D)
Day at leisure.
 
Day 7: Dubrovnik – Budva (Montenegro) – Shkodra (Albania) – Tirana (B/D)
Depart for Tirana, a charming city located in Albania. Drive along the Adriatic coast via Budva, in Montenegro and cross the Albanian border at Shkodra. Afternoon free.
 
Day 8: Tirana – Ohrid (Macedonia) (B/D)
Morning tour of Tirana, Albania's capital. Wander around the Skanderbeg Square, admire Et’hem Bey Mosque, and a visit the National Museum, you will have the chance to study the history of Albania and interesting discoveries from archaeological sites. In the afternoon, drive to Ohrid.
 
Day 9: Ohrid (B)
Half-day city tour of Ohrid, visit the 11th-century church of St. Sofia, the most eminent medieval monument in Macedonia with magnificent Byzantine fresco paintings and St. Clement Church.
 
Day 10: Ohrid – Skopje (B/D)
Today morning drive to Skopje, the one-time home of Byzantine officials. On arrival start the city tour of Skopje,  one-time home of Byzantine officials, illustrious sultans and communist leaders. You will visit Kale Fortress, Church of the Holy Saviour with its impressive traditional walnut woodcarving - the Old Bazaar and the Stone Bridge.
 
Day 11: Skopje – Kolasin (Montenegro) (B/D)
Morning drive to Kolasin. Drive via Pec and Berane. In the afternoon, you will arrive in Kolasin.  Free time to explore Kolasin.
 
Day 12: Kolasin – Cetinje – Kotor – Dubrovnik (B/D)
Depart for Cetinje, on arrival visit a fascinating museum that used to be the residence of the Montenegrin King Nikola I Petrovic. Afterwards, continue to Kotor and later drive to Dubrovnik.
 
Day 13: Dubrovnik (B)
Transfer to the Airport.
