Day 1: Yangon
Arrive in Yangon.
Day 2: Yangon – Mandalay (B)
Flight to Mandalay. Drive to Amarapura and visit U-Bein Bridge, Mahagandayon Monastery, Silk Weaving workshops, Mahamuni Pagoda and onto a Marble Curving and Gold Leaf workshops. Afternoon tour of Mandalay visiting Kuthodaw Pagoda and Shwenandaw before enjoying sunset at Mandalay Hill.
Day 3: Mandalay – Mingun – Inwa – Sagaing – Mandalay (B)
Boat trip to Mingun and visit Mingun Bell, weighing 90 tonnes and the largest hung uncracked bell in the world, Mingun Pagoda and Hsinbyume Pagoda. See Inwa by pony cart visiting the ‘leaning tower of Ava’ and the teakwood monastery Bagaya Kyaung. Continue to Sagaing, to see interesting stupas scattered over Sagaing Hill. Enjoy sunset before returning to hotel
Day 4: Mandalay – Bagan (B)
Flight to Bagan. Tour of Bagan visiting Nyaung Oo Market, Shwezigon pagoda, Gubyaukgyi Temple Wetgyi-Inn Village, Htilominlo and a Lacquer Ware Factory. Afternoon visit to Ananda Pagoda, Nanpaya Temple, Gubyaukgyi Temple and sunset at Shwe Sandaw Pagoda
Day 5: Bagan – Heho – Inle (B)
Flight to Heho and drive to Inle Lake. Boat tour of Inle Lake with a visit 5 Day Market. Visit Nampan Village, Paungdaw Oo Pagoda and Nga Phae Kyaung monastery and floating gardens.
Day 6: Inle Lake – Heho – Yangon (B)
Flight to Yangon. Afternoon tour including Scott market, Independence monument, Sule Pagoda and China town
Day 7: Yangon (B)
Transfer to airport for onward flight
