Day 01: Bangkok
Arrive Bangkok international airport, meet and greet and transfer to hotel. Free at leisure and overnight at hotel in Bangkok.
 
Day 02: Half day Food Tour & Evening Dinner Cruise (B/L/D)
The Food Tour Bangkok was started by the passion in food and travelling. The mission is to introduce Thailand’s local flavour to the world and help visitors “eat like a Thai”. The restaurant partners are local entrepreneurs that been operating for years. Besides tasting delicious food, all participants will learn fascinating history and rich culture in neighbourhoods, sharing from the true insider. Meet together at the Saphan Taksin Train Station in the morning for a brief introduction. Your breakfast today starts with the original curry puff from the first street food vendor at the Saphan Taksin station. Continue to the famous southern Thai tea or coffee. Learn the inside details of how the famous Asian curry is made at the local curry paste shop as well as see the ingredients at the local market. Taste the authentic Thai dessert and Thai dish from the hidden culinary gems in the sprawling metropolis of Bangkok. This tour will fill your stomach with the taste of real food, fill your experience with real people and fill your heart with the real community.

Spend a pleasant and relaxing evening aboard an original antique teakwood rice barge with first-class Thai hospitality and delicious food from around Thailand.  The journey takes you to see Thai culture along the Chao Phaya River passing many significant monuments in the comfort and tranquillity of the open-air cruise. Enjoy the Thai traditional music and classical dance while having the three degustation menus; Thai Traditional, Thai Seafood, and Thai Vegetarian.
 
Day 03: Half day Cooking Class (B/L)
Thai cuisine is one of the country’s cultural heritages and it is renowned internationally to be one of the best cuisines in the world. Spend only half a day to discover a true Thai taste that you’ll never want to miss and that you’ll be able to impress your friends with.  Enjoy the cooking lessons with traditional and practical Thai recipes in an ideal home-style learning environment.  There are two sessions a day and in each session participants will learn 4 Thai dishes (one set menu).  The price includes lesson fee, use of school’s cooking utensils and all fresh and dry ingredients.
 
Day 04: Bangkok (B)
Morning breakfast, free at leisure and transfer to airport.
Private program - can start any day of the week and can be modified or operated in reverse

Day 01: Chiang Mai

Day 02: Half day Cooking Class (B/L)
Thai Cooking Course at Sarapee district in a Lanna-style teak house. Learn the art of Thai cooking from master cooks in a typical Thai kitchen. Roll up your sleeves and try your hand at cooking famous food and desserts of the country. Gather herbs and local vegetables from the garden and prepare them to create various types of mouth-watering dishes. During the course, you will gain a sound knowledge about local herbs and ingredients. You will then be ready to prepare and cook delicious Thai food for your friends and loved ones back home.
Day 03: Chiang Mai (B)
After breakfast, take a relaxing boat trip on Ping River to reach the Farmer’s House, where you will enjoy a fantastic “Khao Soi”, a Northern Style Thai Noodle curry. After a walk through the local flower and fresh food market return to hotel. In the evening learn about northern Thailand culture at Khantoke Dinner Show performances. The tradition of Khantoke is much older than 30 years but before it was more of a ceremony presented only to very honored guests. Taking place in the cool and dark evening after sunset amid candlelight and lanterns, the event reflects the subtlety and warmth of the combination of food and entertainment that brought on the feeling of being treated as an honored guest for most.
Day 04: Chiang Mai (B)
Morning breakfast, free at leisure and transfer to the airport.
