Luang Prabang – Vientiane – Hanoi – Halong Bay – Hanoi – Hue – Hoi An – Ho Chi Minh City – Can Tho – Chau Doc – Phnom Penh – Siem Reap

Day 1: Luang Prabang
Arrive in Luang Prabang. City tour visiting the Former Royal Palace (now the National Museum), Wat Xieng Thong, Wat Sen, Wat Visun. Enjoy the sunset from Mount Phou Si.

Day 2: Pak Ou Caves (B)
Boat trip on the mighty Mekong River to explore  Ban Xiengmene and Ban Chan. Visit royal temple at Wat Longkhoun and Sackarine Caves. Continue to Pak Ou cave. Return to Luang Prabang en route visiting villages of Ban Xang Hai, Ban Xangkhong and Ban Xienglek.

Day 3: Luang Prabang-Vientiane (B)

Visit Luang Prabang Market before the flight to Vientiane. The city tour takes you to oldest Wat Sisaket, the temple with thousands of miniature Buddha statues and the former royal temple of Wat Prakeo. Visit That Luang Stupa and stop at the imposing Patuxay Monument.

Day 4: Vientiane-Hanoi (B)

Take morning flight to Hanoi. Upon arrival start your walking tour of the Old Quarter, Hoan Kiem Lake, Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum, One Pillar Pagoda and Temple of Literature. Enjoy a traditional Water Puppet show.

Day 5: Hanoi-Bac Ninh-Halong Bay (B)
Drive to Bac Ninh and enjoy a cart ride through the village and folk song performance. Continue drive to Halong.

Day 6: Hanoi - Halong Bay  (B/L/D)

Drive through rice paddy fields to Ha Long Bay. Board a junk for a cruise among the hundreds of islets of Ha Long Bay. Drop anchor in the late evening for an overnight among the dramatic limestone peaks rising out of the sea. Overnight on junk.

Day 7: Halong Bay - Hanoi - Hue (B)

Take a delightful morning cruise through the limestone cliffs and emerald waters of Ha Long Bay before returning to the pier. Drive back to Hanoi airport for flight to Hue. Upon arrival transfer to your hotel.

Day 8: Hue (B)
Full day tour visiting the Citadel and the tomb of Emperor Tu Duc.

Day 9: Hue-Danang-Hoi An (B)
Drive to Hoi An en route visiting the Cham Museum and Marble Mountains. Walking tour of Hoi An visiting Japanese Bridge, the ancient houses, Phuc Kien Pagoda, Hokkien Temple.

Day 10: Hoi An (B)
Enjoy day at leisure and enjoy the beaches and visit the street markets on own.

Day 11: Danang - Ho Chi Minh City (B)

Take morning flight to Ho Chi Minh City. On arrival start your half day city tour and experience a city which showcases a mix of French colonial architecture, Chinese influences and War Museum.

Day 12: Ho Chi Minh City - Cu Chi Tunnels (B)
Excursion to Cu Chi Tunnels, the amazing complex of underground bunkers which were used by the guerrilla army during the US War. Ho Chi Minh City tour showcasing a mix of French colonial architecture and Chinese influences.

Day 13: Ho Chi Minh City-Can Tho (B/L)
Drive to Mekong Delta to see agrarian life in vibrant southern Delta. Enjoy a boat ride to the floating markets. Lunch at a local house and see a family run a traditional business.

Day 14: Can Tho - Chau Doc (B)
Drive to Chau Doc and visit Chau Giang fish farm and Cham weaving village of Tan Chau. Visit Xu Lady and Thoai Ngoc Hau Temple.

Day 15: Chau Doc - Phnom Penh (B)
Take a speed boat to Phnom Penh. Visit National Museum, the Silver Pagoda containing the Emerald Buddha statue, the Royal Palace and Phnom Penh’s oldest shrine, Wat Phnom.

Day 16: Phnom Penh - Siem Reap (B)

Flight to Siem Reap. Explore the ancient city of Angkor visiting Angkor Thom, ruins at Bayon, Baphoun, Royal Palace. Visit the epic Angkor Wat, its extraordinary architecture and bas-reliefs. A spectacular sunset from mountain temple of Phnom Bakheng.

Day 17: Siem Reap (B)
Proceed to the graceful Banteay Srei and Banteay Samre Temples. Also visit the three-tiered temple hill of Pre Rup, Bantey Kdei, Lake of Srah Sran and the impressive Ta Phrohm Temple.

Day 18: Siem Reap (B)

Transfer to the airport.
