ABOUT THE VILLA
Villa is located a short stroll to Jalan 66 or Jalan Arjuna, which is the border between Legian and Seminyak. Positioned on a dead end road and surrounded by hotels and homestays, the area is extremely safe and quiet. Just a quick 3 minute walk to the main street of Jalan Seminyak, guests have an array of shopping and restaurants walking distance from the Villa.
To the West about 4 minutes walk or 400 meters is Seminyak beach, a family friendly place to relax. With fun surf, beach chairs, restaurants and amazing sunsets, the Legian Seminyak beaches are some of the best in Bali.
Villa has 2 large en-suite bedrooms all based the private pool overlooking the private garden. Adjacent to Villa is an empty block of land providing a lush backdrop ideal for relaxing in the villa and watching birds and the big trees next door.
It is located next to another Villa and combining these 2 villas will provide a great area for holidaying as a large group of 14 people or more.
DOWNSTAIRS AREA
With a fully functional kitchen, a designer dining room, a funky toilet and a modern TV room, the downstairs area is completely open space letting air flow and light shine through elegantly.
The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs with breakfast upon request (all you need to do is pay for your groceries), The contemporary dining room area can accommodate up to 6 people around the charred table, a place of modern lines and clever use of colours.
The TV room is the ultimate hangout spot, featuring a huge comfy corner couch ideal for lazy movie nights. This room can also be converted into a bedroom providing all the comforts of an intimate space, as well as being private and a great size.
The pool deck is accessible from each room downstairs and is ideal for sun-baking or just enjoying the pool and the garden.
UPSTAIRS AREA
A modern Japanese inspired bedroom, has an 180 degree view of the garden as well, letting natural light shine in the neutral colours of this extremely comfortable space.
The toilet upstairs features an open space shower, a huge mirror and natural air flow.
