Villa is located 5mn from Sese traffic light junction (3km East), 10mn from Sese beach, 15mn from Canggu Surf Beach and Echo Beach. 10mn from Pepito supermarket, and 5 mn from vegetable and fruit shops.

This villa is full equipped with 3 sleeping rooms (2 large and 1 smaller) able to accommodate 5 to 6 people, all with AC and fans, mosquito nets and 2 bathrooms/hot water. A full equipped kitchen and 2 dinning tables. 1 swimming pool. 2 safety boxes. 1 flat TV with CD video player, and music machine player. Washing machine. A car access and car parking.

There is also a 3.5m diameter acoustic chamber Dome for singing and meditation. 2 helpers (wife & husband) come 6 days a week from 9.30am to 12.30pm to clean house and pool and gardening.
