St. Petersburg – Veliky Novgorod - Staraya Russa - Torzhok – Tver - Klin – Moscow
On this short tour, you will travel from St. Petersburg to Moscow, which is a historical trade route. You will explore the oldest city in Russia, Veliky Novgorod, visit the colourful churches in Staraya Russa and fall in love with the amazing museums in Tozrhok, Tver and Klin.
Day 1: St. Petersburg – Veliky Novgorod – Staraya Russa (L/D)
Arrive in St. Petersburg and drive to Veliky Novgorod, on arrival, enjoy the panoramic tour of the city with a visit to the Kremlin. Novgorod is the oldest city in Russia. Later transfer to Staraya Russa and go for a panoramic tour of Staraya Russa during which you will hear a story about its past and modern life.
Day 2: Staraya Russa – Torzhok (B/D)
Today visits the Dostoyevsky Museum, which was opened in 1981 with its exhibition of authentic objects from the Dostoevsky time. Later transfer to Torzhok, on arrival go for a panoramic tour of the city.
Day 3: Torzhok – Tver (B/L/D)
The day starts from the visit to the Gold Embroidery Museum and Factory. Later transfer to Tver. Go for a panoramic tour of one of the most beautiful cities in Central Russia.
Day 4: Tver – Klin – Moscow (B/L/D)
Transfer to Klin, on arrival visit to the Museum of Christmas Toys, Continue with the panoramic tour of the city. Transfer to Moscow for overnight.
Day 5: Moscow (B)
Transfer to the airport.
