Kuala Lumpur – Melaka – Cameron Highlands – Penang
Day 1: Kuala Lumpur
Arrive in Kuala Lumpur and transfer to your hotel.
Day 2: Kuala Lumpur (B)
Take a morning tour of Kuala Lumpur and visit the city’s top cultural and historical sites, with Muslim, Christian, Hindu and Buddhist places of worship. Later visit the National Monument, modern National Mosque.
Day 3: Kuala Lumpur – Melaka (B/L)
Depart for Melaka by driving south through the verdant countryside. Upon arrival proceed for lunch. Later begin your half day tour of Melaka. Later drive back to your hotel for overnight.
Day 4: Melaka – Kuala Lumpur (B/L)
This morning, go for a 45-min boat cruise on the Melaka river. Later drive back to your hotel for check out and depart for Kuala Lumpur. Enjoy lunch before check in at your hotel in Kuala Lumpur.
Day 5: Kuala Lumpur – Tapah – Cameron Highlands (B/L)
Drive to Cameron Highlands in the state of Pahang. The highlands are a resort area situated at 1,500 metres above sea level. Rest of the day at leisure.
Day 6: Cameron Highlands (B)
In the morning proceed for your half day tour of Cameron Highlands and visit the Rose Centre, the BOH tea plantation, a strawberry farm, the Smokehouse Hotel and a vegetable farm.
Day 7: Cameron Highlands – Kuala Lumpur – Taiping – Penang (B/L)
Depart for Penang, driving along a scenic route via Simpang Pulai and Kuala Kangsar Continue to Penang island, crossing the 13.5km-
long Penang Bridge.
Day 8: Penang (B/L)
This morning, enjoy a tour of George Town, Walk along the Street of Harmony. Lunch at a local restaurant to try the banana leaf rice with teh tarik (‘pulled tea’).
Day 9: Penang (B)
Transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
