Please note we are not charging any penalties for cancellations of bookings away from a cancellation period. Even if they are within the cancellation period, we are trying our best to get all or most of the penalties waived off. However, we are charging NZD 100 per person service fee for bookings, which were due to operate from May onwards but postponed till next year. No other cancellation penalty or amendment fee is charged for any ground arrangements.

From March 12 all visitors who desire to enter Israel from everywhere worldwide, must attest that they can go into self-quarantine for 14 days.

This cannot be arranged at a hotel or any other accommodation which is not a private residence. Visitors need to provide a phone number and address of a person in Israel that can provide them with home quarantine.
