Itinerary

Day 1

Tokyo

Arrive in Tokyo and transfer to the Hotel in a shared coach.
 

Day 2

Tokyo (B)

Make your own way to the designated meeting point to join a shared coach for a full-day Tokyo sightseeing tour. Visit the historic Senso-ji Temple and stroll through the vibrant Nakamise Shopping Street. Ascend the iconic Tokyo Skytree for breathtaking panoramic views of the city, then continue to the Imperial Palace and the serene Meiji Jingu Shrine. Explore the lively Takeshita Street, sampling local treats along the way, and enjoy a photo stop at the world-famous Shibuya Crossing. At the end of the tour, please make your own way back to your hotel.
 

Day 3

Tokyo –Yudanaka – Tokyo (B)

Make your own way to Jigokudani Monkey Park, where a scenic walk through the forest leads to the famous hot spring frequented by wild Japanese macaques. Watch the snow monkeys relax, play, and soak in the natural hot springs amidst the beautiful mountain surroundings. After your visit, make your own way to your hotel in Tokyo.
 

Day 4

Tokyo – Takayama – Yudanaka(B)

Make your own way to Takayama and begin your exploration with a visit to Takayama Jinya, Japan's only remaining Edo-period government office, offering a fascinating insight into the country's feudal history. Continue to the Hida Folk Village, an open-air museum featuring beautifully preserved traditional farmhouses and exhibits that showcase the rich heritage and rural lifestyle of the Hida region. Later, make your own way to Yudanaka and check in to your hotel for an overnight stay.
 

Day 5

Yudanaka –Takayama (B)

Today, make your own way to the designated meeting point to join a shared coach tour. Discover the breathtaking beauty of Kenrokuen Garden before heading into the picturesque countryside to explore the charming town of Takayama. Visit the Festival Floats Exhibition Hall and the Kusakabe Folk Museum, then enjoy a leisurely stroll along the historic Kamisannomachi Street. The tour concludes in Takayama, after which you will make your own way back to your hotel.
 

Day 6

Takayama – Kanazawa (B)

Today, make your own way to Takayama Station to board the train to Kanazawa. Upon arrival, explore the charming Higashi Chaya District, renowned for its beautifully preserved traditional teahouses and historic architecture. Experience Kanazawa's rich cultural heritage with a hands-on gold leaf crafting experience, a craft for which the city is famous. After the tour, make your own way to your hotel.
 

Day 7

Kanazawa– Kyoto (B)

Today, make your own way to Kanazawa Station to board the bullet train (Shinkansen) to Kyoto. Upon arrival, begin your sightseeing by visiting the magnificent Kiyomizu-dera Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its iconic wooden terrace offering breathtaking panoramic views of Kyoto. Continue to the famous Fushimi Inari Taisha, where you can walk through thousands of vibrant vermilion torii gates that wind up the forested mountainside. After the tour, please make your own way to your hotel.
 

Day 8

Kyoto (B)

Make your own way to the designated meeting point to join a shared coach for a full-day Kyoto city tour. Explore the iconic Kinkaku-ji (Golden Pavilion), admire the tranquil Zen Garden, stroll through the enchanting Arashiyama Bamboo Forest, and visit the picturesque Togetsukyo Bridge. After the tour concludes, please make your own way back to your hotel.
 

Day 9

Kyoto (B)

Full day at leisure.

Day 10

Kyoto – Osaka (B)

Today, please make your own way to reach Kyoto station to board the bullet train to Osaka. Upon arrival, please make your own way to reach Airport.
