Itinerary

Day 1

Arrive Tokyo

Arrive in Tokyo and transfer to the Hotel in a shared coach.
 

Day 19

Tokyo (B)

Discover Tokyo like a local by traveling on its efficient public transportation network, offering an authentic glimpse into the city's fast-paced daily life.

Your journey begins in the historic district of Asakusa, one of Tokyo's oldest neighborhoods. Wander through the lively Nakamise Shopping Street, lined with traditional shops selling Japanese snacks and souvenirs, before visiting the iconic Senso-ji Temple, Tokyo's oldest and most revered Buddhist temple.

Continue to the Imperial Palace, the official residence of Japan's Imperial Family. Surrounded by beautiful gardens, moats, and historic stone walls, this landmark provides a peaceful contrast to the city's modern skyline. (The inner palace grounds are generally not open to the public, but the East Gardens and surrounding areas offer excellent views.)

Later, head to the vibrant district of Shibuya, home to the world-famous Shibuya Crossing, where hundreds of pedestrians cross simultaneously amid dazzling neon lights and giant digital screens. Take time to soak in the energetic atmosphere and capture memorable photos.

Throughout the day, you'll travel by Tokyo's renowned subway and train network, experiencing firsthand the punctuality, cleanliness, and efficiency that make it one of the world's best public transport systems.

At the conclusion of the tour, you will make your own way back to your hotel.
 

Day 18

Tokyo – Hakone – Tokyo (B)

Embark on a scenic full-day shared coach tour to the beautiful Hakone region. Experience breathtaking views as you ride the Hakone Ropeway, explore the volcanic landscapes of Owakudani Valley, and enjoy a relaxing cruise on the serene waters of Lake Ashi with spectacular views of the iconic Mt. Fuji (weather permitting). After the tour, travel back to Tokyo by local train and make your own way to the hotel.

Day 17

Tokyo – Hiroshima (B)

Make your own way to Tokyo Central Station and board the world-famous Shinkansen (Bullet Train) for a scenic journey to Hiroshima. Upon arrival, meet your local guide and explore the city in the comfort of a private vehicle. Visit the iconic Atomic Bomb Dome, stroll through the serene Peace Memorial Park, and gain a deeper understanding of history at the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum. After the tour, you will be transferred to your hotel for check-in and an overnight stay.

Hiroshima – Kyoto (B)

You can purchase Shika-senbei (deer crackers) to enjoy the unique experience of feeding these sacred animals.

Later, travel by local train to Osaka, Japan's vibrant commercial hub. Visit the iconic Osaka Castle from the outside, one of the country's most famous historical landmarks, surrounded by picturesque gardens and impressive stone walls. After the visit, make your own way back to your hotel.

Kanazawa – Tokyo (B)

Make your own way to JR Kanazawa Station and board the bullet train to JR Tokyo Station. Upon arrival at Tokyo Station, proceed to your hotel independently and complete the check-in formalities. The rest of the day is at leisure for you to relax, explore the vibrant city at your own pace, or enjoy Tokyo’s shopping, dining, and entertainment options.

Kanazawa (B)

Today, embark on a full-day guided exploration of Kanazawa, a city renowned for its rich history, traditional charm, and beautifully preserved cultural heritage. Visit the iconic Kenrokuen Garden, one of Japan’s most celebrated landscape gardens, known for its stunning seasonal beauty and tranquil surroundings. Visit the iconic Senso-ji Temple, Tokyo’s oldest Buddhist temple, and stroll through Nakamise Street, lined with traditional shops offering souvenirs and local treats.

Continue to the Imperial Palace, the elegant residence of Japan’s Imperial Family. Enjoy the scenic surroundings, beautiful gardens, and historic landmarks that reflect Japan’s royal heritage.
