Rabat, Morocco’s serene capital, blends historic landmarks like Hassan Tower with modern administrative charm along the Atlantic coast. Explore Volubilis -a captivating ancient Roman city known for its remarkably preserved ruins and intricate mosaic floors amidst rolling countryside. Marrakech dazzles with its vibrant souks, historic palaces, and lively Jemaael-Fnaa square, while Fes enchants with its labyrinthine medina, ancient universities, and rich spiritual heritage.

Itinerary

Day 1

Casablanca – Rabat

Arrive in Casablanca and transfer to the hotel. Enjoy an orientation tour of Casablanca, the economic capital of Morocco and its largest city.Stop at the famous Hassan II Mosque, the landmark mark of the city. Stop next at Ain Diab Corniche, one of the city’s most fashionable districts. Transfer to Rabat, the capital of Morocco and one of the imperial cities.

Day 2

Rabat – Meknes – Volubilis – Fes (B)

City tour of Rabat. Visit the Kasbah of the Oudayas. Stop next at Mohammed V Mausoleum& Hassan Tower, minaret built in 1195. Transfer to Meknes, the "Moroccan Versailles". Enjoy the city tour of Meknes.Stop at the massive Bab El Mansour gate. Next, visit Hri Souani, which is a complex of three different buildings built for granaries and stables.Continue to the UNESCO-sponsored Roman ruins in Volubilis. Late afternoon , transfer to Fes, the spiritual capital of Morocco.

Day 3

Fes (B)

City tour of Fes. Visit the largest royal palace in Morocco. Continue with a panoramic view of the ancient medina. Enjoy an authentic experience at the traditional ceramic crafts village. Next visit Fes El Bali, the ancient town or Medina. Visit the famous Al-Karaouine mosque and a Merdersa. Conclude your tour by visiting the leather Souq and the oldest Leather Tannery in the world.

Day 4

Fes (B/L)

Today, start our first culinary adventure.You will be escorted to the old medina in some of the most colourful souks (market) in Morocco, an amazing opportunity for you to experience the everyday rituals of food shopping for Moroccans.Inside the medina, you will also investigate traditional cooking methods by visiting a 400 years old Furan or a communal oven and bakery. While walking in the souks, you will get the chance to try some traditional Moroccan street food.Once you finish your food shopping, you will return with your escort guide to the cooking school to start your cooking adventure. The cooking class focuses on some of Fes’s culinary specialties. The workshop is conducted by a local chef, and at the end of the workshop, you will have lunch on the meal you have prepared. Rest of the day is at leisure.

Day 5

Fes – Ifrane – Beni Mellal – Marrakech (B)

Transfer to Marrakech, “Paris of the Sahara”. Stop first in Ifrane, a charming town and ski resort. Arrive at Beni Mellal, an important economic centre in Morocco. Later, transfer to your hotel in in Marrakech.

Day 6

Marrakech (B)

Enjoy city tour of Marrakech, “Paris of the Sahara”. Visit the Koutoubia Mosque&Bahia Palace.Stop next at the Saadian tombs. Continue the tour with the world famous Jema El Fna Square where you will enjoy amazing performance of traditional activities by storytellers, snake charmers, peddlers of traditional medicines. Your last stop is the bustling souks in the old medina.

Day 7

Marrakech (B/D)

Morning is at leisure. Optional: horse drawn carriage ride to the famous Majorelle Gardens.

Afternoon enjoy another cooking adventure with one of our professional chefs. You will learn how to prepare some of the most delicious Moroccan meals. The workshop is based on using easy-to-use modern equipment found in everyday kitchens. At the end of the workshop, you will dine on the meal you prepared.

Day 8

Marrakech – Casablanca (B)

Transfer from Marrakech to Casablanca Airport (2h30m drive) for your onward flight.

Includes: Accommodation for 7 nights with meals as specified. Private airport transfers and tour with English speaking driver-guide.
