Fly to Aswan, home to the elegant Philae Temple and High Dam, then board a luxurious Nile cruise. Sail through the timeless landscapes of the Nile Valley, visiting the stunning temples of Kom Ombo and Edfu before reaching Luxor — home to the Valley of the Kings, Karnak, and Luxor Temple.

After the cruise, head to Hurghada on the Red Sea for two days of relaxation or optional diving, snorkeling, or desert adventures. End your journey with a return to Cairo, filled with memories of Egypt’s history, beauty, and hospitality.

Itinerary

Day 1

Cairo

Arrive and transfer to the hotel.

Day 2

Cairo (B)

This morning, you will go for a full-day tour of Cairo and visit Memphis and Sakkara, the Citadel, Mohamed Ali Mosque, Sultan Hassan Mosque and Khan El Khalili Bazaars.

Day 3

Cairo (B)

Today you will be going for a full day tour visiting Egyptian Museum, which is the most important depository of Egyptian antiquities anywhere in the world, later you will also visit Pyramids & Sphinx, reckoned by the Greeks to be one of the Seven Wonders of the World.

Day 4

Cairo – Aswan (Nile Cruise) (B/L/D)

Transfer to the airport for a flight to Aswan, on arrival, transfer to board the Nile cruise to Luxor. In the afternoon you will tour by Felucca around Elephantine Island, the Botanical garden and the Agha Khan. Overnight on-board the cruise.

Day 5

Aswan – Kom Ombo – Edfu (Nile Cruise) (B/L/D)

This morning you will visit Aswan, which is a melting pot of African and Middle Eastern cultures. You will explore the high Dam, the unfinished obelisk and the temple of Philae. This afternoon, sail to Kom Ombo, the home of Sobek, the crocodile god, and Horus, the falcon god, who was worshipped in pre-dynastic times. On arrival, visit the temple of Kom- Ombo. Later, sail to Edfu.

Day 6

Edfu – Luxor (Nile Cruise) (B/L/D)

You will spend the day sailing down the Nile. Your first stop is at the beautifully situated riverside dual-temple at Continue sailing on to the Temple of Edfu, which is also dedicated to the falcon god, Horus. Continue the sail to Luxor.

Day 7

Luxor – Hurghada (B/L/D)

Arrive in Luxor and visit Luxor's West Bank and the Valley of the Kings, several Pharaonic tombs, and then explore the temples of Queen Hatchepsut and Medinat Habu, before stopping at the huge Colossi of Memnon. Transfer to the Red Sea town of Hurghada to enjoy the time by the Red Sea.

Hurghada (B/L/D)

Full day is at leisure.

Day 9

Hurghada (B)

Transfer to Hurghada Airport for your flight to Cairo
