Kathmandu - Pokhara – Pothna – Landrung – Sinuwa – Himalayan Hotel – Machhapuchhre Base Camp – Annapurna Base Camp – Bamboo – Chmorung – Ghandrung – Pokhra - Kathmandu
This trekking trip starts from Pokhara, city of lakes and starting point of most adventure routes and mountain treks, with backdrop of mighty peak of Annapurna.

Itinerary

Day 1

Kathmandu

Arrive at Kathmandu Airport and transfer to Hotel.

Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight at hotel.

Day 2

Kathmandu - Pokhara (B)

This morning transfer from Kathmandu to Pokhara. Upon arrival, check in at Hotel.

In the afternoon proceed for sightseeing tour of Old Pokhara city, Kali temple, David fall & Gupteshwar cave. Overnight at hotel. 

Day 3

Pokhara – Phedi – Pothna (820m – 1890m) (L/D)

Drive takes about 45 Minutes to Phedi. After Phedi, trekking trail heads climbing very straight on a stone staircase. Passes several villages and reaches Pothna 1890m. Walking time takes approximately 4 hours, overnight at camp.
 

Day 4

Pothna – Landrug (1890m – 1640m) (B/L/D)

At the place of Pothna one can ascend about one hour to Deurali. From there, trail leads downwards through the forest. After descending, mountain path leads flat and passes several villages and reaches Landrung (1640m). Walking time takes approximately 5 hours, overnight at camp.

Day 5

Landrung – Sinuwa (1640m – 2340m) (B/L/D)

After short walk, crosses Modi River through the wooden bridge, trail ascends through the place of Jhinudanda to Chomrong (1780). From Chomrong on can descend and can cross Chomrong River. Again ascends through bamboo forest and reaches Sinuwa (3240m). Walking time takes about 6 hours, overnight at camp.

Day 6

Sinuwa – Himalayan Hotel (2340m – 2870m) (B/L/D)

At the place of the Sinuwa, one can follow up soft path through the bamboo forest to the place of bamboo. After there, trail leads ascending through the deep bamboo forest after crossing Doban and Himalayan Hotel. Walking time takes about 5 hours overnight at camp.

Day 7

Himalayan Hotel – Machhapuchhre Base Camp (2870m – 3700m) (B/L/D)

From Himalayan Hotel, trail leads continuously ascending through the bank of Modi River after crossing place of Deurali comes Machhapuchhre Base camp. Walking time takes about 4 hours overnight at camp.

Day 8

Machhapuchhre Base camp – Annapurna Base Camp (3700m – 4130m) (B/L/D)

Ascending a path along a stream through the centre of lateral moraine finally reveals Annapurna I (8091m). From there, one can pass along the grass covered area of Annapurna Base Camp. Walking time takes approximately 2 hours, overnight at camp.
 

Day 9

Annapurna Base Camp–Bamboo (4130m – 2340m) (B/L/D)

From Annapurna Base Camp, descends rapidly through the some trail after crossing the place of Machhapuchhre Base camp, Deurali, Himalayan Hotel, Doban and comes Bamboo. Walking time takes approximately 6 hours, overnight at camp.

Day 10

Bamboo – Chmorung (2340m – 2170m) (B/L/D)

At the place of Bamboo, backs from the some descending and ascending through the Bamboo forest. Walking time takes 5 hours, overnight at camp.

Day 11

Chmorung – Ghandrung (2170m – 1940m) (B/L/D)

To reach Ghandrug from Chmorong, trail leads descending to the place of Khumnu River (1780m). After crossing suspension bridge one can climb out of the Khumby valley, the mountain path step climbs Tilluri (2220m). After passing the trail, descends through huge boulders to a small creek and drops gently along the maze of trail in Ghandrug. Walking time takes about 6 hours overnight at camp.

Day 12

Ghandrung – Pokhara - Kathmandu (1940m – 820m) (B)

At the place of Ghandrug trail leads to Nayapul, the route almost descending and flat through the bank of Modi River and passes several villages such as Kimle, Shyauli Bazaar and Birethani and comes Nayapul. Walking times takes about 5 hours, after Nayapul drive back to Pokhara and take connecting flight to Kathmandu. Overnight at hotel.

Day 13

Kathmandu (B)

Transfer to Airport for your onward flight

Note: Minimum two persons are required to operate this program
The arrangements for Camping Trek would include:

- 3 night's accommodation Twin share in 4* Hotel including breakfast

- 9 nights’ accommodation Twin sharing in Camp on full board with English speaking Sherpa Guide, cooks and Porter.

- Conservation fee

- Pick up and drop from Hotel to Trek start point and Trek ending point to Hotel.


The arrangements for Tea House Trek would include:

- 3 night's accommodation Twin share in 4* Hotel including breakfast

- 9 nights’ accommodation Twin share in Local Tea House on full board with English speaking Sherpa Guide and Porter

- Conservation feem

- Pick up and drop from Hotel to Trek start point and Trek ending point to Hotel.
