Day 1: Athens – Delphi (D)

Drive through the fertile plain of Beotia, crossing the towns of Thebes, Levadia and Arachova arrive in Delphi, the center of the world. On the slopes of Mount Parnassus, in a landscape of unparalleled beauty and majesty, lie the ruins of the Sanctuary of Apollo, the most famous oracle of the ancient world. Visit the Treasury of the Athenians, the Temple of Apollo and the Museum containing masterpieces of the ancient Greek sculpture such as the bronze Charioteer and the Sphinx. Afternoon free.

Day 2: Delphi – Athens (B)

The whole morning is free for you to visit the modern village of Delphi as well as the site of Athena Pronea on your own. Return back to Athens in the afternoon

Day 1: Athens – Delphi (D)

Leave for Delphi via Thebes, Levadia and the picturesque village of Arachova, on the slopes of Mount Parnassus, arrive in Delphi and visit the Sanctuary of Apollo, the most famous oracle of the ancient world (the Treasury of the Athenians, the Temple of Apollo, the theater) and the Museum. Afternoon free.

Day 2: Delphi – Kalambaka (B/D)

Morning free. Leave Delphi for an interesting trip through Central Greece and the town of Lamia to Kalambaka.

Day 3: Kalambaka – Athens (B)

Visit Meteora, particularly impressive scenery, ageless Monasteries, containing priceless historical and religious treasures, stand suspended between earth and sky, on top of granite rocks. Return to Athens via Trikala, Lamia, Thermopylae (short stop to see across the road the Leonida's Monument), arrive in Athens early in the evening.

A couple of hours free time in Delphi before departing and drive through the village of Arachova, renowned for its colourful carpets. Return back to Athens via Levadia and Thebes. Arrive in Athens early in the evening.
